Label Rouge in France

Scottish Farmed Salmon produced for French consumers has been awarded the internationally acclaimed Label Rouge award.

Scottish Farmed Salmon was the first fish and first non-French product to obtain the prestigious Label Rouge accolade back in 1992.

Indeed, on the tenth anniversary of the accreditation Michel Blanchet, Chairman of Master Chefs of France commented:

"The Association of Master Chefs is constantly looking for excellence to ensure it can offer its customers the very best.

"It was not by chance that the top chefs – who constitute the most highly starred group in the world – have formed an association with Label Rouge Scottish salmon.

"All the good qualities of this salmon allow us to be bold and creative in our work and we, the Master Chefs, are delighted to have been working for 10 years in partnership with Label Rouge Scottish salmon."
