Label Rouge Scottish Salmon

Scottish Farmed Salmon was the first fish and non-French product to achieve the prestigious Label Rouge award back in 1992.

For over 10 years it remained the only non-French food to meet the quality scheme's rigorous standards, recognition by the French authorities of the rigorous standards applied by our independently inspected Product Certification Schemes.

French consumers are also prepared to pay a premium of around 25% for Label Rouge Scottish salmon - which now accounts for almost 30% of total salmon exports to France.
