New research reveals how omega-3s have positive impact on brain health

New research reveals how polyunsaturated fatty acids like omega-3s work to protect against certain neurological disorders, such as epilepsy, depression and strokes.

Researchers from France’s national research center, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, have suggested the findings help to explain and support a number of studies that have demonstrated the positive impact of omega-3 essential fatty acids on brain health.
